We operate without any money.
We do not get any funding from the government.
As a result, ‘the agency board’ thinks its way out of challenges instead of throwing money at problems.
Often we want money to solve business problems.
We think we can spend our way out of a challenge.
When we don’t have money, it encourages us to ‘think’ our way out.
When we don’t have money, we can focus on the fundamentals.
When we don’t have money, we become more resourceful.
With money, we expect to buy resources.
In that process, we forget to become resourceful!
Don’t get me wrong.
Money is NOT the problem here.
When we have money, we stop thinking.
When we have money, we stop focusing on the fundamentals.
When we have money, we stop becoming resourceful.
No wonder many start-up businesses fail after they receive funding!
