Why is your team underperforming?

Here is a common frustration expressed by my clients. “My staff are qualified. Hence we assume they know how to do the job -so why are they underperforming?”

A compelling Vision communicated with specific plans, positivity – reinforced with lots of repetition. And the ability to let non-performers go.
