After asking your prospect a question, your job is to shut up.
Maintain the silence, however long it takes.
When your prospect breaks the silence, they will let you see their world in a way that you can help them best.
After asking for the sale, follow the same process.
Simply shut up.
You will realise there is a lot of money in silence.
