I was going through all my Christmas cards and was amazed how impersonal personalised Christmas cards were.
What do I mean?
These businesses did go to such trouble and expense to have their cards printed under their brand. But could not take the time to personalise it, to the person receiving it. Even some of the e-cards I received (which are easy to personalise) were mass emails.
This is an example of a great opportunity missed, to show our customers and prospects we know them as individuals and not as invoice numbers.
