- The ‘who‘ should be easy to reach
- The ‘who‘ should have a burning desire for your offering or your offering must solve their biggest frustration.
- The ‘who‘ must have demonstrated by their behaviour in the past that they are willing to pay for your offering or similar
- There must be enough ‘who’s’ to be able to build a sustainable business to support your dream.
Don’t be fooled by the simplicity of this process.
