- Paul followed articles, news releases realting ‘outsourcing’, in FT
- He got to know the style, story angle etc….of the journalist
- Paul then emailed the journalist with comments and feed back on some the articles he (the journalist) has written. (i,e built rapport)
- Paper Mountain Solution was introduced to the jouranlist with possible suggestions for an interesting case study.
