One of my clients were in the process of rebranding their business. In our sessions I felt that my clients were giving too much power to the ‘external’ agency.i,e expecting the agency to produce miracles.
After about 20 minutes of ‘logical’ discussions, my client was still not sure about ‘giving the power away’ to the branding agency.
But when I mentioned it will be like ‘Tail wagging the dog’ – they got it immediately.
We are bombardrd with about 3000 messages daily. Metaphors act as a ‘Noise Filter’ – and makes the message stand out.
