I coach business owners with different personalities, style and drive.
But there is one thing in common to all.
Business owners who start and manage (more juggle than manage) several projects at the same time move forward slowly….very slowly.
They become expert starters and poor finishers.
Unfinished projects don’t make money.
In fact unfinished projects cost you…
..cost you time
..cost you money
..give you stress
..increase your frustration
So why start so many projects and not finish it?
Starting projects gives you the feeling that you are doing something worthwhile and more importantly takes you away from looking at areas in your core business that is not doing well.
It is a form of denial.
It’s far better to start and finish one project at a time.
Attention Deficit Project Disorder is a serious – success limiting – issue.
If you recognise this… you know what to do!
