Educating Prospects

Coaching session after coaching session I am baffled by why professional service firms are very slow to recognise the value to ‘educating’ their propstects’ on the value they provide.

May be it is too big a paradigm shift?

May be it is that they don’t know… what they don’t know!

or may be the ‘real passion’ to give/show value to their prospects is not there!
