“Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results” – Albert Einstein
Only action gets results.
At first glance, it sounds like common sense.
We want to take action to arrive at a specific result.
If you dig deeper, you will want to know ‘what governs our actions’?
This is where it gets interesting.
If you live in London and your goal is to get to Edinburgh, there are many ways to get there.
You can walk, run, drive, or fly to Edinburgh from London.
So what governs whether you walk, run, drive, or fly?
It is your mindset.
Your mindset is the messy area where your past experiences, beliefs and current emotions come to play.
This is where you decide what actions to take.
Getting your mindset in order before you jump into action is likely to produce far better results.
Otherwise, you will be working very hard to climb a wall, only to realise that it is the wrong wall.
