It is great to have options available for people, but having options means having to think about it and, for people with busy lives, they don’t always had the time to think about things properly.
This is especially important when you’re aiming to get response from your marketing. For an example giving people the option of phoning you, e-mailing you, sending a letter or filling in a form on your website may results in a much lower response than saying “call this number now”.
