Here is an exercise I went through with one of my clients to attract the right PA.
- He wrote down everything he hates doing. (So he knew what he wanted his PA to do)
- He wrote down everything he loves doing.
- He described the ‘qualities’ (not qualifications or experience) of the PA he want to attract
RESULT: Within a week he attracted exactly the person he wanted. (In fact he knew this person for a long time… but did not know that she was looking a similar role)
LESSON: Clarity attracts what you want and confusion attracts everything else.
