  1. Change your communication with your prospects from ME (US) to YOU. You won’t connect if you are constantly talking about you.

  3. Come rain or shine you can always find ways to sell your products. (You can easily get trapped in pity parties and not do anything)
  4. Sex up your Text (The words you use in your communication)

  5. Banish all negative signs from your business :
    Websites/Invoices/Premises/car park
  6. Phone prospects (day or two) before they arrive for the meeting and ask if they have any special requirements for the meeting. (Tea, Herbals tea, Vegetarian diet etc….)
    –    They will be impressed
    –    You have indirectly confirmed their appointment
  7. Plan to be Spontaneous with your clients and prospects. Systemise how you are going to surprise your clients and prospects.
  8. Give out compliments…..lavishly. Constantly find reasons to say “Thank You” to your clients, prospects, referrals, suppliers etc….
  9. Never Start with a Marketing Budget.
    Start with what you need to achieve and then follow up with a financial plan to achieve it
    –    Spend 60% on your current and previous customers
    –    Spend 30% on your Prospects (who have shown some interests)
    –    Spend 10% on your Suspects (Cold Marketing)
  10. TEST & MEASURE everything. Keep stuff that works and you will have an unlimited marketing budget.
