This is what happens when a subscriber takes ‘action’

Below is an email from a subscriber who took action based on my emails.

Ravi, while enduring a flight delay between Vancouver to San Diego I was browsing through some of your regular emails I have put a side to read. The email where you mentioned looking for ‘blind spots’ in our business stuck a code with me. The week after when I got back to my office, I forwarded that email to my team asked them to list some potential blind spots in our business before our next meeting.

It was amazing.

The team came up with about 20 potential blind spots. The first one we picked was about our suppliers. To cut a long story short, we have now streamlined our suppliers and the discount we have negotiated due to
better buying power is going to add at least
$300,000 to our bottom line.

WOW.

Thank you for your regular emails. They are full of eye opening and practical tips. My team is also subscribing to your emails.
